Wavers, the short scenes are flooding in and it will be tough to choose the top three. On top of all this excitement, the The Great American Pitchfest has donated Michael Hauge's latest book Selling Your Story in 60 Seconds as one of the prizes. So rush those entries in ASAP.
Stay tuned for more news from The Creative Screenwriting Expo...

Ummmmm...what do you consider a "short" scene? I'm thinking about writing a quick little thing and I can be...ummmmmm..."wordy."
I consider a short scene a one-pager, howz that? good prizes and I have a funny feeling you could be a winner!
You'll be pleased to note that I've actually gone ahead and started my very own blog (hold your applause to the end, thank you very much) and have added you to my very own, "blogs I read almost every day and comment on just to be annoying" list.
Shhhhhhhh...I know you can't contain your joy and enthusiasm, but please do try.
Now, lemme concentrate on this contest one page.
How cool, IM! what's the blog address? And why aren't you at the Expo with all of us other poor schmucks?! :)
I wasn't invited to speak or anything like that and I'm afraid of crowds, especially ones where crazy people prance around in their bathrobes hawking their unchanged-in-the-last-thirty-years spiel about the screenwriting business...
Ummmmm...
