First Person Competition

All right, Wavers - time for another writing exercise. You all know how the Wave-inatrix feels by now, about always writing writing writing and giving your brain a workout other than screenwriting. So here's the deal - the Rouge Waver who writes the best 500 word essay about your most memorable summer wins a $25 gift certificate to AMC Theaters, The Script Department or Amazon (your choice).

Guidelines:

*500 word count limit (400 minimum)
*First person format (click HERE for tips on that)
*Topic: your most memorable summer

Make it evocative, give it a great title, make sure it has a beginning, a middle and an end. Use your words like a paintbrush; make us feel something, make us smell the pool, the rain, the cut grass, make us hear the music on the radio - really bring it.

Wednesday, July 16th, midnight, PST.
